Registration

If this is your first visit you will need to register in the system. Please read the brief instructions below, and then click the register icon.

It is recommended that you first download and print a copy of these instructions for reference as you proceed. Click here to download instructions.

1. Provide first name, last name, and email address.
2. Check/Uncheck box(es) if you are interested or not, in receiving tennis news from any of the three sources listed and click submit.
3. Review the "Terms of Use," and check the box to indicate you have read and agree, then click submit.
4. You will be looking at the "Main" tab of the user profile page (it has red arrows and letters). At this time it is not necessary to fill out any of this additional information except to go to the "Login Details" tab and select a user name and password and click save. You're done! You should receive an email within 30 minutes. If not, email Kevin at kchristian@wentworthbytheseacc.com.
5. Click "Back To Facility" Please be aware, as a security measure you will not be able to book courts for up to 24 hours. Authorizations need to be approved manually as we've had non-members register and book courts! If you need to book a court immediately please call the Sports Center 603-610-0183.

Are you ready? Ok, click register...

1. Login in the upper right hand corner of this page; user name in the first box and password in the second.
   
2. Click "Court Scheduler" in the upper left hand corner just below the picture of the flagpole and the corner of the clubhouse.
3. Click on the desired date on the calendar, on the upper right side of the page. By moving your cursor over the listed courts you will see which times are "available" to be reserved. Click on the word "available."
4. Fill in the appropriate fields and click "CONFIRM" or "CONFIRM AND ADD ANOTHER" if you wish to book additional times.
5. A confirmation email will be sent to the address of record.

2. As we have not activated the online "Lesson Search" feature you will not find any available lesson times. We will likely use this feature in future upgrades.
   
3. To book the ball machine, make an identical reservation on the "Ball Machine Reservation Court."
4. The most common problem encountered is that people try to reserve a court after the start time has passed. Make sure that you are booking a court during a future time.
